Patricia Scroggs, Director of the Rangel International Affairs Program at Howard University, will be available to discuss the Rangel Fellowship with faculty and staff who would like to better understand the program. The Rangel Fellowship supports underrepresented graduating seniors who seek a career as a Foreign Service officer, and includes funding for a master's degree in international relations or a related field (political science, international business, anthropology, or criminal justice), as well as funded summer internships in congress at an embassy abroad.
