Faculty from Tucson's dynamic Ethnic Studies Program will speak on HB 2281, a bill that made the study or teaching of Ethnic Studies illegal under Arizona State Law. The panel will describe the prohibited curriculum and discuss the constitutional free speech and equal protection challenges to Arizona's law. This event is of particular interest to any faculty concerned about issues of academic freedom.
