Plays featured in this festival explore boundaries of sibling relationships, finding love in the most unlikely of places, fatherhood beginning at childbirth, and sexual identification. Over the past eight years, One-Act Fringe has acted as a springboard for star playwrights such as Marcus Gardley and Peter Sinn Nachtrieb. One-Act Fringe is a collaboration between the Creative Writing and Theatre Arts departments.
The plays are: "Dating a Timebomb" by Daniel Roche, "Pricked Out" by Marilyn Kriegel, "The Unorthodox Couple" by Randall Jong and "Transparency" by Joseff Stevenson.
