Kevin Toh Ph.D. J.D., a philosopher whose legal scholarship focuses on jurisprudence and constitutional theory, and whose philosophical research is in ethics and the philosophy of action, will present a talk on the question "Does Recent Legal Philosophy Rest on an Oversight?". After teaching philosophy at Indiana University in Bloomington and clerking for Justice Charles Fried of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Dr. Toh is now a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Texas School of Law.
