Not remembering from one room to the next? Fighting distractions while reading? Want to understand your aging brain's memory and attention struggles? Dr. Adam Gazzaley of UCSF will discuss how the brain manages the river of data that constantly floods it, and the consequences on our performance. He will also share findings that show the consequences of a failure to filter distraction on memory in older adults.
