Lecture: Oregon's indigenous farmworkers, improving environmental health conditions

Stephanie Farquhar will describe the roles of indigenous farmworkers, farmworker advocates, lawyers, and researchers in developing a community-based project to improve the health of Oregon's agricultural workers. Promotores conducted educational outreach to co-workers about pesticides, health, and farmworkersb rights, and project partners participated in policy advocacy with state and agency officials.
